Email and Phone Support

Nobody likes problems, especially when there is a deadline looming. If you are a Mac user with a problem, just pick up the phone and call (or send us an e-mail). In most cases we can either answer your question or at least point you in the right direction so you can quickly get back to work. There is never a charge for quick answers and we are always happy to share our advice and talk shop with anyone. So if you are new to Macs, new to the area, or you just can't get in touch with whomever should be taking care of you, give us a call. Just because you are not a MacMedics client does not mean that you don't have access to our support staff.

MacMedics Exclusive Warranty

Repairs: All Apple out of warranty hardware repairs are warranted by MacMedics for a full year! The standard Apple service warranty from the Apple Store, or other Apple Authorized Service Providers is only 90-days.

Purchases: Everything we sell is warranted for a full year, so instead of fighting with a mail-order supplier or manufacturer, just call us and we'll take care of it.

Memory: All of our memory products are backed by a lifetime warranty.

Hard Drives: All replacement hard drives installed by MacMedics (in desktops, laptops, and iPods) are covered by our 1-year MacMedics advantage warranty. That means that if the drive fails within a year, MacMedics will 1.) Remove the dead hard drive 2.) Install a new hard drive 3.) Install a fresh Apple OS on it 4.) Make one attempt as copying the data off the dead drive. Almost all of the hard drives we supply our clients carry a full 3-year or 5-year manufacture's warranty as well. We will clearly identify the serial numbers of hard drives we supply, so you can have the drive replaced under warranty in the future if the need should arise.
