The MacMedics Advantage:We recognize that obtaining trustworthy and speedy Macintosh service can be a royal hassle. When you bring your problem or repair to MacMedics we look at you as an individual, and not part of the Macintosh herd. By doing this we're able to find the best solution for you, not the just the "cookie cutter" approach that most closely matches your symptom. When you choose to work with MacMedics, you really do get more, and with that comes certain advantages, all free, and all a part of the way we do business.

No Appointments Needed For Carry-In Mac ServiceWe don't like waiting for appointments, and we assume that our clients don't like to wait either. That's why you can bring your Macintosh in for repair or service without having to wait for an appointment. Come visit us anytime, we'll check your sick Mac into our service queue and most likely begin working on it the same day you bring it in. As soon as we take a look, we'll call you and let you know what we've found, and what our proposed service plan is. Plus, if you're bringing equipment into our shop for service attention, our front door in our Lanham and Severna Park offices is just ten steps from the curb. Come get us, and we'll even carry it in for you.
Email and Phone SupportNobody likes Mac problems, especially when there is a deadline looming. If you are caught unexpectedly with a problem, just pick up the phone and call (or send us an e-mail). We can either answer your question or at least point you in the right direction so you can quickly get back to work. The Support Team here at MacMedics is always happy to share our advice and talk shop with anyone. So if you are new to Macs, new to the area, or you just can't get in touch with whomever should be taking care of you, give us a call. Just because you are not a MacMedics client right now; does not mean that you don't have access to our award-winning support staff.
For Macintosh support that requires detailed attention, then our standard support fees would apply. We can enroll you in in one of our service programs, or deduct the needed service time from your Pre-Paid Block of time.

Make one attempt at copying your data off the dead or dying hard drive. All of the hard drives we use for service and upgrades carry a full 3-year manufacturers' warranty. We will clearly identify the serial numbers of hard drives we supply, so you can have the drive replaced under warranty in the future if the need should arise.
