Mike Harrison


Mike has been with MacMedics since early 2002 where he served as our Washington DC Macintosh Lab Manager. As such he was responsible for repairing the majority of the sick Macs that were brought in for in-lab service. He is now the On-Site Service Manager for MacMedics Washington, and it's likely that if you call, you'll hear his voice on the phone.


He attended college to study graphic design and like most, learned to use and design on a Mac system. Over time, he began to troubleshoot and resolve his own Mac problems and slowly moved into various Macintosh support positions at companies like GE Information Systems, the National Cancer Institute at NIH, and Army Research Labs.

Mike is an Apple Certified Desktop Technician (ACDT), Apple Certified Portable Technician (ACPT), and an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist (ACHDS).

When Mike is off duty he enjoys his expansive DVD and music collection. He formally played guitar for a heavy metal band, and is an active participant in the 501st Legion, a fan costuming group inspired by the Star Wars saga.
