Our team specializes in Mac and iPhone data recovery, liquid spill remediation, and complex hardware repairs, and all out-of-warranty Mac repairs include a one-year, no-hassle warranty on both parts and labor.
For out-of-warranty and vintage Macs, there is a $99 diagnostic fee, but we are happy to provide free front-counter hardware checks. These complimentary evaluations include testing your power adapter and charging cable as well as attempting to power on your Mac.

If you’ve been told you must send your drive to an out‑of‑state “clean room” data recovery company, talk to MacMedics first. In our experience, many clients who are advised to pursue high‑end recovery do not actually need that level of service. “Lost” vs. “not visible” data
There is a big difference between data that is truly destroyed and data that is simply not visible or accessible to you. Many of the cases we see fall into that second category, where files can be recovered without resorting to clean room procedures.
