If your iPhone is under AppleCare+ and you have a broken or cracked screen, we can help! You pay your AppleCare+ deductible of $29. Stop by our store in Severna Park Monday-Friday before 3:00 PM, and we’ll have your iPhone screen repaired in two hours or less.
If your iPhone is liquid damaged or severely damaged, we can request a new iPhone from Apple, and they usually come the next day. There is no free loaner with this service, but you do get a new iPhone the next business day. As always, MacMedics service does not require an appointment.
$25 rental iPhones are available while yours is being repaired. If you also require us to back up your broken iPhone (without data recovery) and place your data on your repaired iPhone, that’s $50.
MacMedics is also able to offer iPhone Data Recovery. Just stop by and let us have a look. Data recovery includes pushing the recovered data to a new or repaired iPhone. The price for this service is $149
In almost all cases, the official Apple iPhone glass/LCD service like we offer at MacMedics is very close to the price of a non-authorized 3rd-party repair from a non-Apple shop or kiosk.
Also, suppose you have the Verizon or A&TT service plans. In that case, their deductible is usually $199, so in most cases will be better off having MacMedics repair your iPhone screen/LCD break for less than that, and in the end, you still have a 100% Apple iPhone with 100% real all-Apple parts.
Non-Apple iPhone parts are just that, not made by Apple and thus not as reliable or durable. Plus, 3rd-party shops DO NOT correctly place the iPhone screen back into the iPhone body, as it’s performed by hand without Apple calibration.
If you had a non-Apple repair in the past, and you’ve broken your iPhone glass again (3rd-party screens are more brittle), or it’s not working correctly, we can replace it with a genuine Apple service part to get it working again.
