Genius Bar? Never used it. I use MacMedics, one of the best Mac places on the East Coast. I buy my computers from them and they do all my periodic maintenance, and I consult with them whenever I have questions. Been with them ever since I started using a Mac over 15 years ago, and have never steered me wrong.
