Apple recently announced it will be permanently closing three of its U.S. retail stores this June, including Apple Towson Town Center here in Maryland. For those of us in the local Apple community, that’s a genuine loss — and for the people who worked there, it marks the end of something really meaningful.
If you’ve spent time on that floor — helping customers work through a tricky migration, walking someone through their first Mac, or diagnosing a problem no one else could figure out — you already know what it means to truly care about the people behind the technology. That skill set is rare, and it doesn’t disappear when a store closes.
At MacMedics, we’ve been supporting Mac users in the Baltimore and Annapolis area for over two decades (We’re working on year 37 for MacMedics!). We’re a small, tight-knit team that genuinely loves what we do. We work directly with individuals, families, small businesses, and organizations who rely on their Apple devices every day — and who appreciate working with someone who speaks their language and understands their world.
We value people who bring curiosity, patience, and a real respect for the people they serve. We also understand that Apple Retail attracts people from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives, and we think that’s a strength, not an afterthought. A team with diverse experiences and viewpoints simply does better work — and creates better relationships with clients.
If you’re considering your next chapter, we’d love to have a conversation. No pressure, no rush. Just a chance to connect and see if there might be a good fit.
