Apple Authorized iPhone service at MacMedics: “I’m kind of floored; it was so easy!”

I had a dream that I walked in and spoke to a live, knowledgeable person who helped me immediately, solved the problem in two hours, was on time, and for exactly the price quoted. I’m kind of floored; it was so easy. It was a simple fix (battery), but I was dreading the experience. Skip the mall and shop local; you’ll be glad you did. (Kudos to Apple for opening up Apple Authorized repair places too).
