Don’t give up on a sick Mac just because the Apple Store says it won’t turn on. Thankfully, the customer who owns this MacBook Pro 16” from 2019 was referred to MacMedics by the Apple Store. I got it up and running while they waited. The unit was having some power port issues, and the keyboard was freaking out, so I ended up controlling it with an external keyboard. I started a Time Machine backup for them as they were NOT backed up! They also purchased a new “Stocked” Custom-To-Order M3 MacBook Air from MacMedics, and I migrated all of their data to the new Mac! And they bought AppleCare+ on the new Mac!
