My 2012 MacBook Pro was running super slow, and the hard drive was dying. I’m someone who uses it for hours every day for work, so I was completely crushed and overwhelmed about it. After being on the phone with them for over an hour, they told me my computer is a “vintage,” and they don’t carry parts anymore, which was heartbreaking. They recommend Mac Medics, and I’m so thankful they did. After three minutes in the store, they had my computer diagnosed. They recommend a new hard drive and data transfer — the whole process of checking in and having them diagnose it took maybe ten minutes. I left the store feeling excited because I trusted their solution completely. Because they really care and it shows. My old hard drive was so sick it took a week for them to complete the data recovery. My computer is running like new now, and I’m one happy customer. I will definitely be a customer for life.
