For data that’s too far for us to reach, we do have trusted partners that we work with and we have a micro soldering data recovery expert on speed dial if it’s necessary. We are deeply thankful for all of our amazing customers who supported us during Covid as an essential business we were open throughout the pandemic, even when the Apple stores were closed. A (closer to home) repair shop determined that her MacBook Air had a power issue preventing it from turning on, and they were unable to recover her final English term paper – which was due.
